Dr Matthew Femi Olayiwola
Chief Executive Officer | Lead Statistician & Decision Intelligence Consultant
Dr Olayiwola is a statistician, researcher and decision-intelligence consultant with more than 15 years of experience spanning statistical consulting, research and analytics, with specialist leadership in Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning. His multidisciplinary work also covers business intelligence, performance analytics, education and business/decision analysis—from defining the problem and measurement framework to analysis, interpretation and practical recommendations.
Qualifications: PhD Statistics (SMU, South Africa); MSc Statistics (UL, South Africa); PGCE (MANCOSA, South Africa); Honours Statistics (LAUTECH, Nigeria).
Dr Feranmi Elizabeth Olayiwola
Director | Mathematical Modelling & Decision Science
Dr Olayiwola applies mathematical and computational methods to help organisations understand complex systems, test scenarios, optimise resources and make better decisions under uncertainty. Her expertise includes mathematical modelling, optimisation, operations research, simulation, forecasting, risk and uncertainty analysis, and quantitative decision-support modelling.
Qualifications: PhD Mathematical Technology (TUT, South Africa); Master's degree in Mathematical Technology (TUT, South Africa); undergraduate background in Pure and Applied Mathematics (LAUTECH, Nigeria).
